Using Gistmo
By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13, and at least 18 to use Gistmo Cash or identity checks. Keep your sign-in, your transaction PIN and your device secure; you are responsible for what happens on your account.
Gistmo Cash during testing
No payment processor is connected. Balances, top-ups, transfers and withdrawals are simulated for testing, cannot be exchanged for real money, and may be reset. Do not send anyone real money because of something shown in Gistmo during testing.
Gistmo Cash is available only to people who apply, complete the identity check and are approved by our reviewers. We may decline or withdraw access. Without approval you cannot add, send, receive, request or withdraw Gistmo Cash, or link a card or bank account.
What you may not do
- Harass, threaten, impersonate or defraud anyone, or send spam.
- Share content that is illegal or that you do not have the right to share.
- Try to access accounts, messages or data that are not yours, or interfere with the service, including cheating the game referee or the leaderboard.
You can report and block people from inside the app. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You own what you send. You give us permission to store and deliver it to the people you send it to, which is all we use it for.
No warranty during testing
The service is provided “as is” while in testing. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, missed messages or indirect losses arising from your use of a test service.
Ending your account
You can stop using Gistmo at any time and ask us to delete your account at privacy@gistmo.app.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
